LW 2.jpg Lynne Winslow President
Lynne Winslow founded Winslow & Associates in 1985 after many years in catering, restaurants and event design. Growing up in Palo Alto, California, she worked with her grandmother who was a floral designer. Throughout high school and college she worked in catering, restaurants and special events, including a number of fund-raising projects. Lynne graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Scripps College in Claremont, California with a degree in English Literature & Poetry.

After working as Director of Operations at Bon Appetit Catering from 1982-1985, Lynne began Winslow & Associates, a consortium of professionals specializing in high-volume special event coordination, fundraising and catering consultation.

Lynne’s continued commitment to the San Francisco community is evident through her long-term relationships with diverse cultural, charitable and civic organizations. She is committed to making a difference toward the next generation, in her mentorship and by serving on the San Francisco Arts Education Project (SFArtsEd) Board of Directors. She loves gardening, performing arts and time with friends.

RM 2.jpg Rafael Musni Restaurant Coordinator
Rafael Musni began working on events in 1999 and first made contact with W&A during the San Francisco International Film Festival of that year. At the time, W&A was one of several event companies that he worked with on live event production but quickly became the only event producer he would work for. Rafael has had the pleasure to execute events from New York to Mexico City and the Bohemian Club in the Redwoods. He loves the excitement that only comes with producing live events as well as the engaging people he interacts with.

Over the years, Rafael has worked for many event companies and some very fine organizations, but W&A remains one company he recommends to those looking for spectacular event production. Rafael notes the centrality of care and concern for the life of the event, the guest and the client during each production meeting. He says that it is one of the reasons he has been able to maintain such close vendor relationships year after year.

Since working for the company, Rafael has had the opportunity to take a partnership with a San Francisco fine art gallery. This has allowed him to make what he feels is a permanent contribution to the community by selling art to museums and individual buyers. However, he will never lose his love for the live event and working with hundreds, even thousands of people at a time.

Today, Neil is the Chair of the Annual Christmas Eve Dinner, and holds a position on the AEF/BCEF Board of Directors. Neil has worked at W&A since 1994 and over the years his most favorite events to produce have become TNDC's Celebrity Pool Toss, San Francisco Film Festival, Academy of Friends Gala, New America Media Awards and any event that benefits the Glide Foundation. San Francisco is his home, but producing events out of town fulfills his love for hotels.
